1. General Information

Wildcats Adventures offers adventure tours and outdoor experiences including trekking, camping, wildlife safaris, and more, primarily in Karnataka and beyond. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, tours, and website usage.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email after completing your payment. Payments can be made via [UPI,CASH,BANK TRANSFER.]. Full refunds will be provided if you cancel your booking at least 7-15 days before the scheduled tour date. However, no refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date.

3. Eligibility

Certain activities have age restrictions. For example, participants must be at least 13 years old for rafting tours. Additionally, participants must be in good health and physically capable of handling activities such as trekking, climbing, or rafting. We maintain a strict no-alcohol and no-drug policy during all tours for safety reasons.

4. Safety and Liability

All tours are led by trained guides and include necessary safety equipment. However, it is important to note that all adventure activities carry inherent risks. By booking a tour with us, you accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the tour. Wildcats Adventures is not liable for any such damages. We recommend that participants have personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

5. Tour Modifications

Wildcats Adventures reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or natural disasters. In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund. Itinerary changes may occur, and we will notify participants as soon as possible if any changes are made.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must respect the local wildlife, cultures, and nature during all tours. We follow Leave No Trace principles to preserve the environment. Disruptive behavior, failure to follow guide instructions, or disrespecting other participants will result in immediate removal from the tour, without a refund.
